This dog looks great! If you don't mind me asking, what was your procedure for doing this dog? Did you have to blow lots of undercoat out before you shaved, or did you just go for it? And what blade did you use? I have a friend who wants me to shave down her Border Collie soon and I'm not exactly sure how to go about it!
To save time with washing, drying and products, I first and quickly I may add, shave with a 7f blade. Then into the tub, use my hydro-spray with deshedding shampoo and as I rinse, I brush with a slicker to remove more undercoat that I could not shave off. Then I use a force-air dryer and dry. Next I go over the whole dog again for a nice smooth finish.
