Following is our holiday schedule for the Trilogy corporate office: Thursday, December 17th We will close at 5:30 p.m. EST to allow all of our staff members to attend our year-end holiday party.
Thursday, December 24th (Christmas Eve) We will close at 3:00 p.m. EST.
Thursday, December 31st (New Year's Eve)We will close at 3:00 p.m. EST.
Of course, you can place orders on the HealthyPetNet and Pipschoice 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Holiday Shipping Schedule
On Thursday, December 24th (Christmas Eve), there is no UPS pick up. Therefore, orders that process between December 24th to 27th will ship from our warehouses on December 28th or 29th. Additionally, on Thursday, December 31st (New Year's Eve), there is no UPS pick up. Therefore, orders that process between December 31st to January 3rd will ship from our warehouses on January 4th or 5th.
