Sometimes we just need to shave a cat. This is Rags, he is a Russian Blue Persian mix. Rags came into the grooming parlor and was matted beyond combing and brushing. So I shaved his body and legs down but left some hair on his front legs and hind legs. His tail was pretty good and his head was easy to fluff out. Rags is so much happier now and so is his daddy.
