My name is Jodi
Meet Jodi; she is a Collie Chow mix. This dainty little girl has very thick fur so her mom likes her short. I shave the hair on her body with a close blade starting just past the last vertebrae on her neck. I blend the neck hair down to meet the body. This leaves a fuller neck and chest for balance. Under her chest, I scissor an angle to make the appearance of a skirt. I then trim the front leg hair on a diagonal. Jodi's tail is trimmed to add balance to her new hair cut. See how happy she is after her day at the spa.
